The Windsor Downtown Farmers’ Market is changing its hours for this weekend only.

The Market, which sets up in Charles Clark Square, will be open from 1pm to 4pm this Saturday, and will return to its regular hours of 8am to 1pm next weekend.

The city says that this weekend’s time change will help with a special event adjacent to Charles Clark Square, taking place at the Windsor Cenotaph.

Hundreds of military personnel, veterans and their families from Canada, the United States, and around the world will be at the Cenotaph Saturday morning between 10am and noon for the 67th reunion of the First Special Service Force Association.

The “Devils Brigade” will take part in a memorial and wreath-laying.
