Windsor City Council will be asked Monday night to spend up to $300,000 to study the “Central Box” area of South Windsor for possible improvements.
The Central Box area is bound by Eugine to the north, Howard Avenue to the east, West Grand Boulevard to the south and Dominion to the west.
The class environment assessment will look at ways to improve traffic flow and provide between means for both cyclists and pedestrians to get from north to south.
If approved, the study will get underway in early 2014.
