Downtown Windsor was a hub of activity Friday night as preparations were in full swing for Balloonapalooza.
Crews were setting up several carnival rides on side streets, as dozens of inflatable were being placed along Ouellette.
Bars had already extended their patios into the streets and hundreds of people who were taking in the Passport to the World festival along the riverfront migrated to the streets of downtown.
