UPDATE: Police have a third youth in custody as of Monday morning.
Windsor Police reported late Saturday afternoon that they have two “young offenders” in custody in relation to the fire on Dougall Road Thursday night.
On Friday police released surveillance video of the three possible suspects. Police said then, that it was believed the males reside in the immediate area.
The fire caused $200,000 in damage to the building still under construction. No one was injured.
