Vine-famous Windsor video-creator and singer/songwriter Ray Ligaya is having a meet and greet Wednesday for his local fans.
The 20-year-old singer/songwriter and attendant at a parking garage in Downtown Windsor has gained over 70,000 followers on Twitter-owned social network Vine, and his popularity is still growing — see our exclusive interview with Ray.
Ligaya is holding a Windsor meet and greet on Wednesday June 12th at 5pm at Jackson Park. Ray says meet near the airplanes.
