A new stoplight has been installed at Wyandotte Street West and California Avenue.
While the stoplight isn’t operating normally yet, it is flashing.
According to the Highway Traffic Act, you should drive with caution when approaching and moving through the intersection if the light is flashing yellow, and you must come to a complete stop at a flashing red light.
The new stoplight will be used primarily by traffic once Sunset Avenue closes to traffic between Wyandotte and Fanchette, later this year.
