St. Gabriel Elementary School would like to convert their outdoor play area into a green space classroom and to do so have entered the Majesta Trees of Knowledge contest to win $20,000.
The South Windsor school is one of ten finalists, and in order to win, it needs the top amount of votes.
Their outdoor classroom design features outdoor painting stations, instruments, slides, and newly planted trees, with the main feature of their design will be a stage complete with 20-30 log seats.
