Ralph A. Sandstedt, former owner of the The Riverside Presbyterian Church located at 840 Esdras received a heritage award this past Tuesday evening at Windsor City Council.
The church was built in 1929 and closed as a worship space in 2006.
Between 2007 and 2011 the church was restored and transformed the large sanctuary and classroom spaces into a personal residence and medial property.
