After a year of planning, construction has started on an expansion at the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society on Riverside Drive.
Located at the rear of the structure, the new addition will be one story consisting of 3,300 square feet. A new outdoor play area will also be constructed.
The CAS also plans to erect an LED sign out in front of their building on Riverside Drive.
