The Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce announced the finalists for the 23rd Annual Business Excellence Awards at Walkerville Brewery today.

Windsor-Essex Inspired is the theme for the 23rd Annual Business Excellence Awards, which will be held on Wednesday April 24th at the Ciociaro Club.
