Highway 401 Crash Sends One To Hospital in Critical Condition

Highway 401 west bound at Kent Bridge Road will be closed until approximately 6pm while the OPP Technical Collision Investigators investigate a crash that occurred this morning.
OPP say that three tractor-trailers had a rear-end collision with one another just before 9:30am. The collision occurred in an area that had stop and go traffic, as Highway 401 was closed at 40 Highway from a previous collision this morning.
Three people were sent to hospital by ambulance, and one is reported to be in critical condition.
