Border Road: Cabana / Todd Lane Diversion Opens

Diversion 10 located at Cabana Road and Todd Lane opened on Friday changing the flow of traffic in and out of the LaSalle area.

The diversion is required for the construction of the Todd/Cabana Tunnel, which will completed will carry local traffic over Highway 401.
