Fit-Life Challenge: LET’S GET PHYSICAL!

OK Windsorites, here we go, it’s time to put these 5 contestants through the ringer.  It’s Fit-Test time!  

In order to push each contestant to their breaking point and whip there lifestyles into shape we first need to see where these 5 brave souls stand. This will give us all a starting point to measure their progress by.  Adrenaline Xtreme Fitness will be putting each contestant through a Physical Fitness Test, Nutrition Counselling Session, and a one-0n-one interview to see what kind of work we have ahead of ourselves.


The Fit-Test Includes:

  • Max Push-ups  (Perfect reps until failure)
  • A timed Plank Hold (How long can you hold)
  • Sit-Up test (How Many Until Failure)
  • Tire Shoulder Press Until Failure (For those at home use 20 pound weight)
  • Cardio/Endurance testing (How Many Burpies in 3 minutes)

For all you doing the Fit-City Challenge and are following along, measure yourself on the above as well and write it down and put it away somewhere safe ! You have to Get Physical too!


We are going to freeze these contestants current lifestyles in time! For this reason we have “before” photos done with Rachel from Benosa Photography. Looking back we will have proof of the transformation’s that went down.  The contestant will wear the same exact outfit after the two month challenge, but after we are done with them these clothes will be hanging off them .

Again, for all of you that are doing the Fit-City Challenge  have someone in your family take your before photos too. A front and side shot . This will give you motivating and drive to see change inside -out!


Each Contestant will then sit-down with CK to talk about their hopes, dreams, and fears for the next 2 months!


Now for the Nutrition.. which is a huge part of a lifestyle change the contestants will sit down with Laila our Nutritionist and get the in’s and out’s of how and what they will be for the next 2 months.  This step is very important and for all you at home get excited because Laila will have some amazing tips and recipes for you too!
