Sunday nights Adrenaline class rocked!

Steven and Angela kicked it up hard with us and the rest of the Adrenaline Junkies that were there last night.  Steven definitely stepped up his game, working harder to push through the sets.  Steven if you just keep giving’er hard 2-3 times a week with us and everyday on your own and of course your diet,  YOU will have remarkable results.  We believe in you and we are so honoured to help ya reach these goals your gonna squash.  The support from your beautiful wife with a baby on the way is all the inspiration you need.

Everyone at home get your butts up off those chairs and get going too.  Join our Fit-Life Facebook page and get lots of amazing recipes that we are all sharing, free at home workout videos and the support, motivation and advice.  Share you before and after photos. Everyone start a food log to see what you are eating writing it down helps and I will tell you preparing some meals, bars and veggies on a Sunday afternoon is a great routine to get into.  Plus your body will thank you for it and get you were you need and want to go in life in many aspects that is.

Check out Sundays episode.  Steven kicks up sprints like he’s back in football tryouts and he’s loving it.  Angela brings her son out cause he’s her hugest fan and wow did he ever kick it up hard.  We were so impressed by him, the kid is an amazing little athlete.
