Alright Fit-City Challengers, here’s workout # 3

This workout really works that core of yours!!! Ok you may be thinking this is not beginner but this is beginner for Adrenaline and we want to push limits here so you just do what you can for now.. focus on form and feeling the muscles your suppose too.  Become aware of your body; your strengths and your weaknesses,  focus on your breathing and alway keep that core tight and ready to execute.  Adrenaline is core based, everything starts with your core,  every move your limbs make.  Build it and greatness will be built outwards, giving you strength, confidence and much better posture. ha   This is a huge “bad habit” us humans can make.  SLOUCHING..  we all catch our selves at times,  training your core will help this, you become more aware of you body in many ways.

CK felt a burn after this workout and loved the way his core and shoulders felt.  It put him in an even better mood too, it’s incredible how much exercise can make you feel so amazing.. it just uplifts you.  When I finish a workout it sets my hole day right, I love that feeling!

These workouts are always under 15 minutes,  they are super efficient, they get your heart rate going and your muscles burning real fast.  They produce results quick and if you dedicated a little time each day for your fitness your body will repay you in so many ways.  It’s also very important to make sure to eat, we have some amazing recipes on our website at AXFIT.  Today’s was a yummy  Spaghetti Squash dinner that your whole family would love.

If you want to look great naked in that mirror,  it just takes some simple changes and a commitment to the most important person in your life – “YOU”.   If it’s not these videos , then find what you like and what works for you.
