A 22-year-old man has been taken to hospital after his red car rolled over on EC Row Expressway near the Central on-ramp and came to a rest on its roof.
The man suffered only minor injuries. No other vehicles were involved.
Windsor Police are on scene investigating and have not yet determined the cause of the crash. EC Row Expressway traffic headed westbound is backed up nearly to Lauzon Parkway.
