This weekend, step back in time as Amherstburg commemorates the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812.

Events are scheduled all weekend long on the hour and include concerts, First Nations presentations, Genealogy & Ancestry, a children’s pavilion. Look for period costumed re-enactments on every corner, catch a glimpse of Chief Tecumseh, General Brock or a one of the gallant women who cooked up a storm for the soldiers on an open hearth.
