Border Road: Lane Closures Begin on EC Row Expressway Today

The Windsor-Essex Parkway is planned to flow side-by-side with the EC Row Expressway at its western-most portion and construction to make that possible is getting into full swing.

Starting today, the right lanes of EC Row Expressway in both Eastbound and Westbound directions will be closed and traffic will be reduced to only one lane in each direction between the Malden overpass and Broadway Street and in Windsor’s west end.

The closure will last until August 27th.
