A new medical plaza is being planned for North Service Road right off of Central and near EC Row.
A 14,000 square foot building will be constructed on 64,000 square feet of land and the medical office building is being targeted to attracting new doctors. A sign at the site promises free rent for new doctors.
The one story building will have entrances off of North Service and Central and will be situated next to the exiting Tim Hortons.
