Camping is becoming a desired way to vacation for more and more families these days, but there is a lot to know before you pitch a tent for the first time. The City of Windsor’s Parks and Recreation Department is launching a new program called Learn to Camp.
This program will teach you all you need to know from what to pack to giving you some facts about locating and reserving a camping site.
The program runs for four weeks with three hour sessions. It starts on June 5th at the Oakwood Community Centre from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The cost is $36 for each participant.
