Essex Medieval Heritage Society put on a small medieval demonstration at Ranta Marina Sunday, as a prelude to what Labour Day weekend will bring. windsoriteDOTca will have details about this in the coming months.
Events Sunday included throwing weapons, heavy armoured combat as well as displays.
