Border Road: Deep Parkway Tunnels Visible from Roadway

If you drive along Huron Church or Highway 3, you may notice that you can now see excavation work taking place for the Windsor-Essex Parkway’s tunnels.

Tunnels T7 and T10B on the southwest side of Highway 3 are currently being excavated and work on Bridge B10 in the same area has began.
