A new local “fake news” site is now online and brings much of the styling of hugely popular “The Onion” to Windsor in a local context.
Written and published by prolific local opinion-writer Brendan Houghton, The Windsor Naysayer brings the flavour of April 1st every day and tackles local topics with exaggeration, sarcasm and satire.
“[The Windsor Naysayer is] a satirical news site about Windsor. This city and the people who live in it are just too strange not to be made fun of,” says Houghton.
