Monday is Family Day in Ontario and City of Windsor services are shut down — including parking enforcement services.
Unlike past holidays where City of Windsor parking enforcement was out in full force writing tickets, this Monday parking will in fact be free at all City-metered lots, parking meters and City-owned parking garages.
