Four Windsor-based coaches have come together to offer residents of Windsor-Essex an inspiring and motivating day to help them discover how to make their dreams come true in 2012.

Lifestyle design coach, Heather Chauvin; intuitive life coach, Jennifer Merritt; heart power coach, Rosemary Heenan; and holistic energy therapist, Kelly Cowan are hosting a one-day Awesomeness Summit on January 28th at the WFCU Centre.

“We are born happy and creative, and along the way we lose our sense of self and purpose” says Chauvin, “This is the spark people need to live the life of their dreams—it’s discovering themselves at the core.”

The summit will consist of four key segments:

  1. Meditation—Getting Real and Silent With Yourself: During this segment, the audience will be guided through a mindful experience; each participant will experience a real sense of silence and will learn how to look within for life’s ‘tricky’ answers.
  2. Unleash your Intuition: This segment will be interactive in that participants will be lead through an exercise that will prove to them that their intuition is healthy and strong. They will also be able to witness how their intuition speaks to them, either through visual, audio, sensory, or spontaneous thought.
  3. Your Heart Holds the Key to your Awesomeness: This segment will allow people to identify how to tap into their natural gifts and implement these gifts into daily life.
  4. Tapping into your Ever-flowing Stream of Wellness: This segment will explore the natural power to heal ourselves.

“Unleashing your awesomeness means living life to its fullest. Realizing that you are not alone. Understanding that every moment is a new chance to do something bold, something you love, and something that will bring you great pleasure and joy in life” says Merritt. “If there is anyone out there that is looking for transformation, this is the event to attend, and now is the time to do it” says Cowan.

The summit runs from 9am to 4pm, the cost for this event is $85 and includes lunch.   Registration is required and can be made by calling Heather Chauvin at 519-819-2234, by emailing [email protected], or by registering online.

“The response has been incredible and overwhelming” says Merritt. “There is a serious buzz surrounding this event and we have registrants from all over Windsor, Essex County and Chatham-Kent.”
