Each year the Walkerville BIA puts on a holiday event where patrons can visit different shops, experience great deals and have a ‘passport’ stamped to win a prize.

Here are this years’ events:

Holiday Walkabout
11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Holiday Walkabout continues for a second day. Enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride through the Walkerville area between noon-3 p.m. Saturday.

Children’s Colouring Contest
Entries can be picked up and submitted at Refine Fitness Studio. Winners will be announced by Santa at Refine Fitness Studio, Saturday, November 19th, at 3:00 p.m.

Meet Santa at Ten thousand Villages
12 Noon – 3 p.m.
Don’t miss Santa “live” at Ten Thousand Villages, where the kids can get a snap shot as a souvenir! Sponsored by Ten Thousand Villages.

Live Music at The Gourmet Emporium
12 Noon – 4 p.m.
The Children’s Aid Society Youth Group will have various musicians performing live.

Walkerville Scavenger Hunt – 1 p.m.
Teams meet in the Park at Kildare and Wyandotte St. E.
Teams must register in advance, $10 per person.

The Children’s Aid Society Youth Group will be
displaying their unique photo works for a second day.
