Transit Windsor Offers a Ride to Elton John Tonight

If you heading to tonight’s Elton John show at the WFCU Center, The City and Transit Windsor have some parking options for you.

Transit Windsor will operate a shuttle bus service from Rona’s east end store to the WFCU Centre.   Shuttle buses will leave every 15 minutes beginning at 6:30 pm.  Buses board from the south corner of the Rona parking lot at 7350 Catherine Street.  The shuttles begin returning to Rona immediately after the concert, to a maximum of 30 minutes after the concert end.

The cost of the roundtrip shuttle service is $3.00 per person, a valid bus pass or transfer ticket.  The fare is paid when boarding at Rona.

Transit passengers may take the Crosstown 2 or Lauzon 10 routes to the bus stop at Lauzon Line & Lauzon Parkway and transfer to the WFCU Centre shuttle bus. Simply ask the driver for a transfer slip when boarding either the 2 or 10 bus, and then catch the shuttle bus at the Rona store.
