St. Patrick’s Church To Be Split, Still Looking For Buyers

Hello time traveller!!
This article is 4575 days old.
The information listed below is likely outdated and has been preserved for archival purposes.

St. Patrick’s Church on Partington Avenue in West Windsor was closed in June of 2010 as part of parish reorganization in the Roman Catholic Diocese of London.  Since then the Church and its separate rectory — a building which housed priest residences — have been on the market listed at $713,096.

The buildings have been listed on the market for over a year and no potential buyers have come forward for both buildings as one. The Diocese of London has now applied to the City of Windsor to have the lot divided into two parts.  One with the Church, and the other with the Rectory.  The Diocese hopes that this will make for a quicker sale.

Elsewhere in Windsor, Our Lady of the Rosary on Riverside Drive is also still up for sale.
