Minister of Finance and Chair of Management Board of Cabinet ShareAn MPP since 1995, Dwight Duncan has fought hard to protect Windsor auto sector jobs, bring health care improvements in cancer and cardiac treatment, and create 12,000 construction jobs through the Windsor-Essex Parkway.
Currently Ontario’s Finance Minister, Dwight is working to steer Ontario through the global recession while strengthening the economy, promoting jobs, and protecting public services.
He previously served as the Minister of Energy. A former member of Windsor City Council, Dwight served as the administrator of the Brentwood Recovery Centre, Canada’s largest alcohol and drug recovery centre.
Dwight is a proud father to his son, Sean.
