Construction is progressing on Ouellette Avenue near Ellis Street. It has intensified as lengths of road are torn up and fresh tar is laid down. Traffic slowed to a crawl. Pedestrians would best be careful if walking in the area as certain sidewalks are uneven or are within the construction zone.
