If County Road 42 is your regular route to travel between East and West, then you’re going to want to find an alternate route for the next two months.
The Windsor Utilities Commission will begin feedermain construction work on July 20, 2011 that is expected to take two months to complete. They will be installing a new 900 mm diameter concrete feedermain on County Road 42 from Riberdy Road to 8th Concession Road.
The utilities advises that for sections of this work, traffic on County Road 42 will be reduced to one lane and controlled by flag persons. Every effort will be
made to afford local access to businesses and residents. Alternate routes should be sought wherever possible.
