The first annual Balloonapalooza takes place in Downtown Windsor on the weekend of July 30th and 31st, and a group of Windsorites are organizing a flashmob to go along with it!
At 6:15 PM Saturday on July 3oth, everyone is invited to meet at the at the intersection of University and Ouellette in front of the Starbucks and A-Channel buildings
