The westbound Howard Avenue onramp to E.C. Row Expressway and the westbound Dougall Avenue offramp will be closed from 9:00 pm on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 through 6:00 am on Thursday, June 9, 2011, weather permitting.
Detours and police will be in place to assist with traffic movement. This closure is necessitated as part of the ongoing Dougall Avenue bridge rehabilitation project.
