As the month of March draws to a close, we see a slow change in the weather. Frost and ice will soon give way to spring greenery and more comfortable conditions. The construction alongside the river, near the downtown area, is progressing slowly but surely. It is a period of awakening.
The mornings are noticeably brighter. Soon Windsor and its Windsorites will come alive with activity as the last of the chilly days give way to warmth.
