More Parking Coming To The U of W Neighbourhood

Site plan approval has been submitted to City Council to permit construction of a new parking lot at 2420 College Avenue on the corner of California Avenue. This is across from the St. Denis Centre.
The lot, now vacant, housed a hydro substation for decades, but had sat unused in recent years and was torn down about a year ago.
The parking lot will add an additional 45 spots on a parking starved campus.
