Is an Apple Store or something similar possibly coming to Windsor soon?

This ad was posted on Apple’s corporate job section seeking an “Apple Solutions Consultant”.  Part of the job description is “building a community of loyal Apple customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of Apple and related 3rd party products”.  An Apple Store in Windsor has been talked about for years, but could this mean Apple is considering making a move here?
