The downtown is full of the sights, sounds and smells of a major fire in the 400 block of Ouellette Avenue. The fire, which has been burning since around 6:30am this morning, is still spewing acrid smoke from the roof of the massage parlour and the Mexican restaurant The Drunkin’ Burrito, as well as the vacant cigar shop and the souvenir shop beside them. Here are some photos of the firefighting efforts:
