After a year without playing a show, Windsor’s Betrayer is gearing up to play The Coach and Horses (156 Chatham St, Windsor) alongside Awake to a Dream, Perpetuate, Hammerdown, and Battlesoul on February 4th.
Although Betrayer hasn’t been playing shows recently, they haven’t been slacking off. A new full-length album is set to be released this year, having been recorded By Glenn Fricker at Spectre Sound Studios in Windsor, with mixing and mastering done by Henrik Udd and Fredrik Nordstrom at Studio Fredman in Sweden.
Sinan Khalaf on bass is the newest addition to the band, and this will be his first show alongside Shawn Bastien on drums, Bill Lozon on guitar, and Jeff Klingbeil on guitar and vocals.
Having won various battle of the bands competitions in the past, Betrayer is sure to impress crowds once more. Preparations to get back on stage have been going well, with an awesome setlist lined up for this performance.
Cover for the show is $5, and tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance from participating bands.
