Also included in the plan is a new Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) Commercial Building  and a new Detroit Windsor Tunnel maintenance building with landscaping throughout the plaza including a vegetative barrier along the east side of the Plaza.

Some changes you will notice on City Streets are the closure of Goyeau Street between Park Street and Wyandotte Street, reconfigured City Hall Square to 2-way traffic. reconfigure Park Street to 2-way traffic between Goyeau Street and City Hall Square.  Reconfigure ‘Lot 10’ Permit Parking and a new Permit Parking lot in the northwest quadrant of the Wyandotte Street and Windsor Avenue intersection  and gateway landscaping at the main access at Goyeau Street/Wyandotte Street.

This ESR will be available for a 45-day public and agency review period from December 17, 2010 to January 31, 2011  and can be viewed online here
