Last week crews began installing new boards around the outdoor rink at Charles J. Clark Square in Downtown Windsor.  Parks & Recreation will be enclosing the ice rink with new 42 inch see-thru-boards.

They will follow the curves of the ice surface and feature internal rope lighting adding to the ambiance for the outdoor skater

Charles J. Clark opens for public skating on December 11th weather permitting. Free public skating will be offered seven days a week from 10 am – 10 pm Monday thru Friday and 8 am – 10 pm on the weekends. No hockey is permitted on this ice.
