The local arts community is being encouraged to participate in an online survey to determine the feasibility of setting up a low cost Health Insurance program for artists.
Community Arts Ontario has agreed to participate in the Art Workers Health Insurance Survey and wants your input.
All arts workers are encourage to participate in order to create a picture of the need. This survey is for individuals, so there is no limit to how many people associated with an organization can complete the survey. The level of participation in this survey will be interpreted as a factor in the feasibility of a future program.
The survey takes 5 – 10 minutes, and the survey is online until January 2 or whenever it reaches the maximum participation level, whichever comes first.
