How to Avoid a Nephrologist – Think outside the Kidney!

The Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Windsor is hosting a lecture this evening about preventing Kidney disease and dialysis. The lecture will provide an overview of normal Kidney functioning and why maintaining healthy Kidneys has little to do with the Kidneys themselves.

The Lecture will be given by Dr. Amit Bagga, Nephrologist in the Toldo Health Education building room 202 at the University of Windsor. The lecture begins at 7:30pm and runs until 9pm tonight.

Get Your Flu Shot!

Flu Immunization Clinics will be giving out vaccinations again this week on Thursday November 25 at the Ambassador Auditorium at the CAW student centre. You’ll need two pieces of ID to get the shot, and those with certain allergies should avoid it. For details about the clinic and the vaccination see the University of Windsor’s health services page.
