A long anticipated report from City of Windsor Administration on contracting our garbage and recycling pick up was released and posted on the city’s website late Friday Afternoon.
The report recommends the contracting out of both garbage and recycling collection to Turtle Island Recycling Corp.

What this means for the future of Garbage and Recycling collection in Windsor is yet to be determined as this issue will be debated before Windsor City Council on Monday July 12, 2010.
