Willistead Park is flooded from last night’s storm. Rotary Club of Windsor officials made the decision to cancel the second day of the yearly weekend festival after severe flooding drenched the grassy park and left hundreds of tents full of water.
Organizers say they will work toward a solution for current vendors who lost out.
