An armed robbery occurred at a laundromat on Grand Marais East near Parent Wednesday afternoon. Three males entered EVERGREEN COIN LAUNDRY just after 4pm. One of suspects had a handgun.

After robbing the business, the three men got into an older model beige Chrysler minivan and were last seen heading westbound on Grand Marais.

All 3 suspects appear to have been between the ages of 18 and 20. One of the suspects is described as black, 5’10”, with a thin build, wearing a black t-shirt and having squinty eyes.  The second suspect is described as black, about 6 feet tall, pudgy, wearing a long black t-shirt, black jeans, a ballcap with a straight purple stripe on the rim, and purple shoes. The third suspect is described as black, 5’9″ to 5’11” with a skinny build. Police believe the 3 suspects may be gang members.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477. This is the third armed robbery that has occurred in Windsor so far this week.
