God help you if you try to drive through Windsor this week or the next. It’s bad enough that Windsor has poorly designed roadways and insufficient east-west arterial roads. But it seems like every single roadway is under some type of construction.
Did they not just complete some intensive roadwork on the EC Row Expressway a few years ago? Did they really have to do construction on every major roadway simultaneously? What were they thinking!?!
Endless stop and go traffic on the expressway Wednesday afternoon.
A multi-vehicle collision occurred on the expressway around 5:30pm thanks to extremely high traffic volume and poorly spaced interchanges. Injuries were minor in nature.
