University of Windsor psychology student Tessa Virtue and her Ice Dancing partner Scott Moir earned a gold medal at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, Monday night.
Virtue, who currently resides and trains in Ann Arbor and Canton Michigan, respectively, attended Windsor’s Holy Names Highschool. The twenty-year-old ice dancing champion is a student in the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology.
Virtue and Moir will be in Windsor this April 29th for a performance during Stars on Ice at the WFCU Centre.
