Académie Ste-Cécile International School has announced that Stephan Pelland is their new Upper School Principal.
Pelland has Bachelor of Arts in French Language, with a Minor in Dramatic Arts, from Western University, and a Bachelor of Education and Master’s Degree in Education Curriculum Development also from Western.
He has been an educator and consultant with the Thames Valley District School Board and the London District School Board and spent five years in China as the principal of Tianjin Yinghua Bond International College and Huamei Bond International College.
He also served as Lead Writer for the Arts Curriculum with the Ontario Ministry of Education, and has co-author of several French textbooks used across Canada sold his company Lingo4Kids.com, a virtual classroom used to engage and teach French to students of all ages and cultural backgrounds at varying levels of language development.
Classes for our Upper School students began on August 15th, 2016 with the last day of school being June 9th, 2017.
