With no end in sight for this cold snap, the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society is reminding dog owners that the law requires that all dogs who live outside be provided with an insulated shelter, fresh water, and food, regardless of the weather conditions.
They also encourage anyone who may see an animal you believe may not being cared for properly call the Humane Society at 519- 966-5751.
They investigate every concern that they receive.
