If you have been downtown in the past couple of days, you might have noticed a lot of unusual performances happening around you.
The Buskin to the Beat is part of the Visual Fringe Festival, and it is taking place until July 24th. Performances occur every hour on the other hour, starting at 4PM. This is just another engaging activity occurring within the heart of the Rose City, and it would be a great chance to have some free fun!
